Welcome to our home! We are 1 ½ miles from Hillsdale College and our lot is adjacent to and overlooks the Lewis Emery Park which has hiking and biking trails. Our guest area in the lower level (stairway access only); has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a shared bath. There is also a kitchenette/family room which includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, TV with Direct TV and wireless internet. There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway. Home has central heating and air conditioning.

Queen rooms: $95/night, occupancy 2 people per room.

Rick and are great hosts of a wonderful accommodation. Everything a family could need is available- space, games, dvds,flexible check-in/out, breakfast.You won't be disappointed staying here.

This is a wonderful home away from home. Ellie and Rick are gracious and warm hosts. We had the whole floor to ourselves with sitting room with tv and kitchen area which they stocked with everything one could want for breakfast or snack. If you are traveling with family this space is perfect. We will stay here when we visit Hillsdale.
Hospitable home away from home
We travel a fair amount and this was far and above the best place we have stayed while we have been away from home. The hosts were beyond gracious and welcoming. The stay was far and above what we were expecting. Thank-you so very much!
Outstanding
We had a wonderful stay. Rick and Ellie were so kind. We had everything we needed. My son loved the foosball table! So close to campus. We would definitely stay again and just might in another two years! The breakfast food was great and an excellent start to the day.

Lovely Home
We had a lovely stay during the spring parent's weekend at Hillsdale college. Rick and Ellie were more than welcoming and accommodating - even in the midst of a snowstorm! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
Great Stay!
Fabulous hosts with very nice amenities! My son and I stayed with the Polls for almost two weeks. They are so sweet and gracious. The two bedroom, family room, bathroom and kitchen are very clean and stocked well with movies, snacks and books. The location is really close to Hillsdale College and downtown ~ also close to a beautiful, peaceful park. We will definitely stay there again!

Such wonderful hosts and lovely accommodations. They go above and beyond. If we are ever in the area again, we will want to stay here. Highly recommended!

On our third stay in Hillsdale, the home of Hillsdale College, we found the perfect lodging choice. The home is charming, clean, and conveniently located to the college campus. More significantly, the hosts, Rick and Ellie Poll, are gracious and accommodating.
