Beautiful four-bedroom two bathroom home built in 1913 with beautiful woodwork and is also recently renovated.  The property is located less than 1.5 miles from Hillsdale College.  Room #1 on the first floor has a queen bed and a full private bath, a walk in shower for safety, no bathtub.  $115/night.

The upper floor has 3 bedrooms which all share one full bath which has a walk in shower for safety and no bathtub.  Bedroom #2 on the upper floor has a queen bed and separate single day bed.  Rate is $110/night.

Bedroom #3 on the upper floor has a full bed and outside terrace.  Rate is $105/night.

Bedroom #4 on the upper floor has a single bed with a view of the backyard/garden.  Rate is $105/night.

The whole house is available at a rate of $400/night.  Total occupancy would be 6 guests.  
The owners do not live in the home and therefor the whole house option ensures complete privacy as well.  The house includes a full kitchen with an oven and stove however no microwave or dishwasher available presently.  The kitchen is on the first floor and has a small breakfast area included.  There is a washer and dryer also available on the first floor.

There is a large dining room for entertaining and a living room, both located on the first floor. 

The house has comfortable radiant heating, however no air conditioning is available.

WiFi internet is available, however television services are not presently available.  Dish network can be made available for prolonged stays if the entire house is rented for greater than 2 weeks.  The house also has a large front porch and back porch.  During the nice weather months the entire backyard and garden has patios and seating for outdoor entertaining.

Rates for this house will be contingent on the number of guests and the rooms used.  This hosting platform does not allow for complete customization.  Therefore, costs and rates will be manually adjusted and communicated to the requesting party.
