Question:  When I click “Lodging Options” it moves to the page but nothing comes up?
Answer: We have been notified of possible issues regarding the browser being used to access the site.  Some have said this happens when they use Internet Explorer or Safari.T  o our knowledge FireFox and Google Chrome have not had any such issue.

Question:  I cancelled my booking outside of seven days to the arrival date.How long does it take to process the refund?
Answer:  We have been told by the credit card company that the refund will typically show up on your card anywhere from 5-10 business days from the transaction.

Question:  Are we required to bring anything with us, bedding etc.?
Answer:  No.  Bedding and towels are provided by your lodging associate.  You may want to bring toiletries with you and if there are any special accommodations being made for you or your party those details can be decided through special correspondence.

Question:  What is the typical turnaround time from submitting a booking request to receiving confirmation?
Answer:  As soon as a booking request is received it is routed to the particular lodging associate for final approval.  If confirmation isn’t received within 48 hours we contact the lodging associate via the phone and relay the information to the guest.

Question:  Is transportation provided by my lodging associate?
Answer:  No.  Guests are expected to have their own transportation.  Special transportation needs may be directed to homeconnection@hillsdale.edu

Question:  Are special accommodations available if we’re traveling with a child?
Answer:  Yes.  Several of our locations may have additional options be it a pull out sofa or air mattress that a child could use.

Question:  Are special accommodations available for those traveling with a pet?
Answer:  We do have some locations that are agreeable to bringing a pet.  They are determined on a case by case basis.
